Children of Despair

Very devout followers and students of Beatra the Witch. The Children of Despair are a widespread cult that spreads the teachings of dark magic and of the various atrocities that Beatra propogates. 
Following the death and ascension of Beatra into divinity, the Children of Despair have sunk into the shadows, and openly practicing their devotion has become outlawed far and wide.  The Children of Despair work their depravity in secret, plotting and scheming to appease their Goddess, and return her glory into the mortal realm.

• Used its influence to assist Beatra and Areelu in opening the Worldwound.
• Engaged in spying and subterfuge during the Unholy Crusade to undermine Beatra's enemies.
• Following Beatra's death, the main church dissolved and seperated into several shadow sects.
