Tiamat, The Dragon Queen
“My happiness is not the means to any end. It is the end. It is its own goal. It is its own purpose.”
A five-headed chromatic dragon of old. Tiamat ascended into godhood as a deity of evil dragons and greed. While primarily a god of evil dragonkind, Tiamat has attracted various cultists to her worship who seek to invite her to realm of mortals so her swift destruction can begin.
After the fall of the Dragon Lord, Tiamat sought vengeance against the realms of mortals, but was mostly opposed. Tiamat and a select few chromatic dragons vanished to the south, where dragon cults began to sprout up and spread the word of Dragon Communion. Tiamat used these followers to amass her strength and to transform her into the all powerful Deity that she would become.
When her power and rage grew too strong she was opposed by Bahamut, King of Dragons, who banished her from the realms of mortals. Yet she still spreads her influence, and actively encourages the Dragonsong.
