Skuttelkin Cartel

The Skuttelkin Cartel are a professional association of mine owners located in the city of Quilport and one quarter of the Four Families criminal syndicate. While their organization is ostensibly legitimate, the cartel engages in both price fixing for the materials they extract, extortion of businesses within the Glintmine Way district, intimidation and murder of potential business rivals, and contracting the poor, criminal, and desperate into debt peonage to provide cheap labor for their mining operations.
