Vigmyre
Vigmyre (Dwarvish: Vígjamýrr, lit. 'hallowed bog') is a barony in central Rhovanion adjacent to the city-state of Kordshamarr.
Territories
The barony controls the lands between the Noroana and Sunnana Rivers. This region is notable for its abundant marshlands due to above-average rainfall for the hinterlands, owing to its proximity to Sturmfel Lake to the south.
At the base of Mount Kappi south of the marshlands lies the Tomb of Champions, the final resting place for champions of Kord. The burial site is sacred to both the dwarven residents of Vigmyre and the neighboring city-state of Kordshamarr and control of the tomb is contested by the rulers of each state, which has at times led to armed conflict between the two.
