Don'dor
Don'dor (Eladrin, lit. 'stone land') is a barony in northwestern Rhovanion.
Following the abdication and execution of Arendt Rhovashal and the coronation of Elanor Ayn'lor as Queen Regent of Quorel'hrim, the Rhovanion Hinterlands were divided into seven baronies, each given to the seven houses of Rhovanion whom had pledged fealty to House Ayn'lor during the Wars of Succession. Don'dor was given to House Agar'waen, whose ancestral keep Agar'barad is located within the barony's territory.
Agriculture & Industry
Don'dor is rich in mineral resources, notably iron, lead, gold, salt, and sulfur. The Grey Valley near the Veggberg Mountains is a major mining area, with the town of Ironton in the south producing high-quality weapons and armor for both the Dondorian military and for exports.
The land is rocky, making agriculture difficult anywhere other than the northern coastline, where it is often too cold and dark to grow anything other than seasonal plants or feed enough for livestock.
The barony's long coastline is littered with various fishing communities with a rich history of deep-sea fishing in the Gur'Bada Sea to the north.
