Ouroboros

The Ouroboros is the most ubiqutious Draconic. it is seen everywhere. Both humans and Draconic alike worship this creature. I don't know if it's benevolent or not. I don't even know exactly what it looks like but I do know that this is not a Draconic you want to make angry. It's a beast that no one wants to see but what everyone wants to talk about.

Rumors, myths, and legends of the beast are found everywhere. On dark and hopeless nights, echoing through vast and empty caverns, warm and comfy homes. These are the ghost stories that Draconics tell their children to get them to obey, only these stories just might be true.

The Research

On Earth

I've done as much research as I could about the Ouroboros on Earth but it's mainly symbolic. It's origins come mainly from Greece and Egypt. The beast is usually pictured with its tail in its mouth, which is assumed to symbolize rebirth. The circle of life, if you will.

However, the biggest problem I've had with finding information about this Draconic is not just because no one wants to or will talk about it but because on Earth it's almost purely symbolic. There are very few myths and legends specifically about this beast.

In Draconis

I've listened to the people of Draconis tell countless tales about the Ouroboros, each myth and legend differing just enough to be contradictory. However, I've figured out one thing about the Ouroboros that must be fact. Because Draconics only respect one thing, and if even the most colossal Draconics fear and respect this Draconic, then there is one thing the Ouroboros must have. And that has to be: Power.

And according to the only myth no one openly disagrees with, I can see that this Draconic holds the ultimate power.

The legends says that the Ouroboros is what all of Draconis was built upon. This Draconis is the beginning and the end of the Draconic world. This one Draconic decides when Draconis is no more.
