“The Dynsaty certainly was an adventure,” Winthry, Xaemon's first host, said out loud.
And this is going to be even more of an adventure. Proud creatures, dragons are, Xaemon thought.
You can say that again, especially seeing as you’re the proudest dragon around.
No use denying it to you. You can feel my every emotion and thought as if they were your own.
Don’t worry. I’d say I’m pretty proud myself. And I certainly won’t let you deny that you’re starting to enjoy having me as a host.
Xaemon thought nothing directly, but Winthry was right. It was interesting to share a body, and Winthry was beginning to share more and more thoughts with her. Even though she was a draglin, she had a rich mind like any dragon, just not tempered with experience yet. And she wasn’t as annoying as other dragons—she genuinely cared for and helped others without expecting a thing in return, and wasn’t sinister in her intents or desires at all. Perhaps it was this inexperience that let her give without expecting anything in return—Xaemon couldn’t recall a time she had been like that, but perhaps she had been genuine at some point.
You’re still capable of kindness. I’ve seen it grow in you ever since the draglins were created. Living on their level and understanding their troubles and lives more has made you care for them.
I can’t decide if I’m cynical or if this is what I’ve always been like, honestly. But you do help.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Being a Shadow dragon, she is agile and also well connected to magic. While not as big as her siblings, she still is powerful in different ways.

Body Features

Black scales covering her body, with lighter gray spikes down her back and a gray bony plate on her front lip. A dark gray belly with large, interlocking plates. She has silver accents around her eyes and claws, which are gray like her spines.

Special abilities

Able to preform advanced Draconic magic, create other dragons (extremely taxing), and create draglins. An extremely powerful magical being.

Personal history

First to hatch from the First Six, and their self-proclaimed leader, she tends to be the bossiest of them. After the draglin incident in which she ended up killing half of all dragons, she felt remorseful about the draglins left behind, and so eventually grew in compassion and love for them after vowing to care for them.
Together with Zerith, she defended Dagonor during the massacre until she couldn't move. This way, she was taken captive, and the remaining Dark draglins scattered far enough that their blood was diluted as to become human. The rest were taken captive by Quinn, or killed (and many were gathered after the fact). Her memories were tampered with during her captivity.

If you are stronger than another, then you have a right to do as you wish with it. Survival of the fittest.
