Deval Warchipper

Deval Warchipper is a dwarf from Northland where he grew up in a cult of Nergal with his parents.  He is also a member of The Eternal Fools adventuring party.
Having left the Nergal cult, Deval became a Cleric of Areus God of War.
He is one of the owners of the Fool's Paradise Tavern in K'ylln.
Less publicly known he is an officer of the Night Owl Guild and a servant of Queen Angela Blackwood.
