Northland is a relatively new Kingdom in the realms. The territories it encompasses lie north of the
Dragon Sea going as far north as the
Ice Wastes and as far east as the Gnome homeland of
Pipsy Hollow and the Dwarven Kingdom of
Iron Peak .
Originally the northern most region of the Kingdom of
Draigenmore , what was to become Northland was a part of the Kingdom of
Breland , which split from Draigenmore in 252 A.D. Known as the
North Hand of Breland , it's capital city was
Ayrshire . In 1375 A.D., Breland was absorbed into Draigenmore once more. And then in 1435 A.D. Northland split off to become its own Kingdom along with Breland.
Northland is ruled by
King Liam Breland and his wife,
Queen Josephine . They have one son,
Angus Breland II . King Liam is the brother of
King Seamus Breland , ruler of Breland.
Northland is represented by the colors of Red and Yellow and the sigil or a large black Winter Trout.
The Ruling structure is: King/Queen > Lord/Lady Regent > Duke/Duchess (keeps/castles/holdfasts) > Earls (towns/large lands) > Baron/Baroness (villages.)
The Capital city of Northland is
Ayrshire . The King and Queen rule from The
Ivory Castle which is made from the white stones of
Pale Bluff .
