Red Hands

The Thieves Guild of Breland, a distant splinter group of the Red Hearts of Somershire.
The Red Hands has its headquarters in Lothian in the old Lothian Lighthouse, converted decades ago to be a windmill for the farms that, at that time, were outside the city wall.  The Red Hands has their headquarters deep underground, below the Windmill.
