Amidst the chaos caused by a half-sunken vessel, an elven woman dressed in full plate and covered by a pristine blue cape oversees a desperate rescue effort. Captain Faumea Valdove of the Bay Guard is in charge of the military forces of Port Oceana and of ensuring the safety and efficiency of the docks and their workers. It seems the Captain has finally been convinced that some bizarre creature is behind the recent attacks. Stressed and short-staffed, she's willing to double the bounty for anyone capable of taking down the creature.
