High Lord Jasper Delkova

Always the first to hold open a door or pull a seat for the High Ladies of the Council, Tel'Rhea's representative is a living testament to the matriarchal society that encourages young men to chug their "respect women" juice on the daily... though some might say they should have checked the expiration date. While some of the ladies of high society in Eredet may fan themselves and fawn over the beautiful High Lord Jasper Delkova, others find his "gentlemanly" nature to be overbearing and perhaps even patronizing. 


As an eladrin, High Lord Delkova is believed to be blessed directly by Tel'Rhea and his appearance changes slightly with the season. He sticks out like a sore thumb walking the halls of the Tower Citadel in Eredet. Perhaps he misses home?
