Physical Description
Momoko is fairly slight and thin, with somewhat angular features, though her hips are a bit of an exception. She is not exceptionally short, nor exceptionally young, but has something of a childish appearance, which is complemented by her energetic attitude.
Momoko's dresses somewhat eccentrically, although not by DRIVEr standards, having custom-designed several outfits of varying degrees of coverage, her favorite being best described as 'kind of like a sports bra with sleeves, mixed with the front half of pants'.
When in ARMATA form, Momoko exhibits large, blade-like protrustions and an overall spiky aspect, with a stark white color, punctuated by massive, oval or spherical crystals. Her ARMA forms are also larger than normal.
Mental characteristics
Momoko was raised in a small Japanese town, child of humble parents. Her childhood was hardly unpleasant, but it was rather dull. Her parents expected much of her, and she rarely had any time for leisure or her own interests. She worked hard, but wished to find her own success, away from the isolated rural town she was born in.
When she found an old medical document in her parent's files, which stated she had tested positive for Marker Q-41B10, she developed a defiant hope. Her parents paid little attention to the change in her mood, and she didn't mention it. She did enthusiastic research into the DRIVE phenomenon and what records were available, and waited. Finally, her class was tested via D-scanner, and she prayed - not that she would be missed, but that she would be found. When UNICEF agents arrived at her home that night, her parents were outraged... and she was delighted.
Arriving at Okinashima island, she quickly made herself at home, and threw herself into study and - to the limited degree permitted to a Class 0 student - training. When she graduated to Class 1, she met Averill Ayano, who would become her trusted friend and partner.
History
Ayano and Momoko first met in a Class 1 'lecture', where, by chance, they partnered up for their first DRIVE. Though such pairings were temporary by nature, they found they were quite compatible with each other, both as DRIVErs and people. Both were rather intense individuals, and while Momoko was more upbeat and Ayano more reserved, they found that they balanced each other.
Originally, Ayano didn't think much of Momoko's delight at being identified as a DRIVEr, or her lack of concern over the rest of the world - but Momoko did sympathize with her aim to become stronger.

Ayano and Momoko's abilities are remarkably well suited to each other, which was a major factor in the development of their friendship past the awkward Class 1 stage. Momoko's devastating power, coupled with aerial mobility, synchronized extremely well with Ayano's style, allowing her to control the terms of engagement, and strike decisively when an opportunity became available. This strategy proved powerful in the lower levels of Okinashima's Duel Score system.
Meanwhile, Ayano's speed and storm abilities made her an incredibly effective ARMATA for Momoko, allowing her to avoid direct engagement, while using her lightning abilities to harry and control targets. When Ayano manifested her own aerial abilities, this combination became even more effective.
