Morvel the King is an old elf and the current ruler of Khastoro. He became ruler of the country during the God War, after the previous ruler was killed. He earned his place by defending his home city of Morvel, which he had previously been the lord of. After this event, Morvel became the king of Khastoro and the nation's capital was moved to Morvel after the destruction of the previous capital.
