Tithys

Before Tithys created the orcs, he was the celestial of the earth: not nature, not the minerals within it, but purely the element of earth. His domain was the building block upon which all other deities could have their domains, and by many of his followers is thought of as the most crucial of the original celestials, despite that his domain may have seemed more mundane than the others. Tithys is a greater celestial, and is known most commonly amongst his followers as the Allwatcher or the Honourable. His dogma revolves around honour in battle, and his followers strictly abide by his Laws of Honourable Combat. As such, his followers had a distaste for trickster gods and their followers, as they saw them as standing against the very tenets of honour that they followed. Many of the rituals of Tithys revolved around ritual combat, and even the high priest(ess) of any given temple earned their title through this ritual combat. The Church of Tithys is open to any race, so long as they follow his doctrine, though the majority of his followers are still orcs.

Tenets of Faith

Worshippers of Tithys believe in physical strength above all else, and often engage in ritualistic combat. Rank within the Church of Tithys is earned via this ritualistic combat, and the high priest or priestess of any given temple to Tithys is the strongest priest(ess) in that temple.
