General Physical Condition
Na'zarth is a gith, and like most gith has leathery, yellow skin and a flat, upturned nose. His ears are adorned with earings of ruby, and he wears purple robes with golden lining. He also has an aged face.

Personal history
Na'zarth is a Githyanki gish who left his people to return to his birth place in the prime material. Having become disillusioned with his people's life style, he decided to adopt a more Githzerai approach to life. There was one issue, he loathed the monastic traditions of the Githzerai, and continued to love material wealth. Eventually he joined the staff of the Universidad Ingenii in Industria, and quickly became the new headmaster due to his skills as a teacher and his vast knowledge of the workings of the planes. Soon after, he used his new revenue to "donate" to a local bank to get them started. This soon became the Commerce Guild, who most of the owners have been bought by Na'zarth except those of the smallest banks.

Motivation
While Na'zarth usually seems serene in character, much like the githzerai, however he is very greedy. He likes collecting coin, but he likes collecting debts more. When someone is indebted to him, he usually will bind them into service to pay it off. However, the trick is the debt is never payed off, effectively giving him free workers to do his bidding. Most of the folk who work for him in this way end up as maintenance workers at the University, slaving away to keep the many, many, many halls clean.
