The Second Aeon

Dynos' Second Aeon began with the rise of the first cities; the birth of Ancient Trast. Most peoples on the continent came together and congregated into five gargantuan cities, eventually growing to be hundreds of miles across. These cities all adopted a philosophy known as the Three Doctrines, which directed them to focus their efforts inward and towards advancement, rather than exploring and expanding to the rest of the world. No knowledge was forbidden; research and development of both the arcane and technology reached unprecedented heights. It was truly a golden age of scientific progress.
