Voknul
Lord of Forges
The god of Creation is the embodiment of a true inventor and architect. Despite their domain, Voknul is not believed to be the creator of the universe, though is largely credited with altering Dynos to be ideal for those relocated in The Seeding and forming The Supernal Realms.
Voknul is generally depicted very similarly to a Human, though with some of their limbs replaced with mechanical analogues. He also sports a pair of mechanical wings, a perpetually soot stained face, singed grey hair and beard, and glowing eyes of solid orange like metal fresh out of the furnace. They wear a heavy apron and work gloves, and wield a simple hammer.

Tenets of Faith
Voknul is the patron god of many forgemasters, engineers, architects, smiths, and enchanters. His faith is built primarily on the pillars of Innovation, Refinement, and Progress. As his worshippers are craftsmen -a generally practical people-, he has no formal church nor temples. Instead, they anoint their workshops and equipment with mineral rich oils while devoting these resources to him, under the belief that his favor will stave off critical errors or flaws in production and improve productivity. Builders will often inscribe a prayer of protection into the cornerstone of any structure they erect.
Voknul’s rewards for devotion -and more importantly persistence- often come as a spark of inspiration, a potential solution to a problem, or a new supply of raw material to work with. They may grant their followers with knowledge of intricate mechanisms with which to improve the efficiency of their creations.
Given their emphasis on progress, Voknul sees tradition as an obstacle. Apprentices are expected to learn from their mentors but then iterate on their techniques to elevate their trades to new heights.
