Simiel was the youngest son of the E'var-o and Amerete. Simiel lived most of his life in his brother and fathers shadow, and while he could resent his father for who he was, Uriel certainly could have done beter as a brother in his eyes. He originally saw Uriel running off to save Albion as an excuse for him to further shirk his responsibilities as prince. While he did come to respect Uriel for his sacrifice Simiel would always carry the burden of only being Uriel's "back up", and spent much of his time as Tsar trying to live up to both his Fathers expectations and constant remainders by the Dukes that Uriel would have done differently.
