Magus Vas-ro Emerald Scale

Vas-ro is a Emerald Dragonborn Evocationist and Magus of The Flame Spire. Vas-ro actually only recently became magus in the last 5 years, after the previous one and he got into a heated argument that ended with said previous magus casting a fireball spell in the extremely tight location that was his lab. The corresponding exposition sent Vas-ro flying half way across the city of Red Gate but luckily a mix of shield, absorb elements, and feather fall prevented his immediate death but did land him in a medical ward for almost 3 months. When he came out, the investigation had concluded with him proven innocent of any wrong doing and as the assistant magus of the tower was already the next in line for the main magus position.
