King/Queen
The king or queen is a ruler of a city or cities. He/she is in charge of the military, making laws, and the keeping of those laws. They are the head of a kingdom, but still relies heavily on the Warlord, Duke, and Grand Advisor. The king or queen has power over all others, they can declare war, put laws into action, regulate trade, and do pretty much whatever they please.
Qualifications
Needs to be appointed by the previous king/queen, or elected by the people.
Duties
There are very little duties for a king/queen. The only real duties are to protect the land of the people, uphold justice and law, deal with foreign relations, and give the warlord instructions in times of war.
Responsibilities
Giving out orders to the duke and warlord, and maintaining peace in the court.

Accoutrements & Equipment
When becoming a king or queen, there is always a unique symbol of the position. In some cases this is a beautifully decorated crown, purple gold and blue robe, or heavily decorated staff. All of these are meant to represent the power and authority held in the title of King or Queen.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
This title, being a very powerful and important one, is extremely rare to be removed. If all nine lords of the Delorza and the duke agree that the king is truly unfit for the title and power given him, they have the power to remove, execute, or otherwise dismiss the king and elect another with the people’s consent.
