Lieutenant Colonel Xavier Destreza is the Section Chief of intelligence and enforcment Unit 0 . He notably holds this recognized rank from the army. Among the operatives of Unit 0, Xavier is the one who never engages in direct missions, but offers a great array of diplomatic support in return. Most other infomation surounding the cheif remains a mystery.
