The Phantom Speaker
The current Phantom Speaker of the Ghost Tide Principality. They have been uncharacteristically active for a Phantom Speaker, hearing out appeals as the conflict with Ryger ir'Wynarn seems to draw closer to open conflict, as both sides of the looming struggle-Ryger and the coalition opposing him-court the forces they represent.
Known History
This current Phantom Speaker appears near the end of The Last War as one of the princes that Ryger had to seek out favor with. They seem to have viewed Ryger favorably, at least as favorably as the rest of the princes, as they signed off on Ryger's authority as their diplomat as well. Rumors about them abound, and cast the new speaker as a Brelish traitor, or a Cyran refugee, although they are obviously silent on the issue of their background.
