The Phantom Speaker-Title
The title of the Prince of the Ghost Tide Principality and leader of the island of Lost. The Phantom Speaker occupies an interesting place in the island culture, once a member of the regular principality forces, the Phantom Speaker is believed to be elected by a democratic election among the principality's members. Upon election, the newly appointed speaker removes his mask forevermore, now called on to be the face and voice of the isolated group. While the elected speaker still sheds their name-to be referred to by the title from then on-it is incumbent upon the speaker to negotiate for his principality, keep the residents of Lost safe, and see that the principality has success in its endeavors.

Being part of the Specter's Court of Lost, attending gatherings to which the Ghost Tide is invited, negotiating deals with those who call on the Ghost Tide

The Phantom Speaker is the only member of the Principality never allowed to wear a mask, the common uniform of the rest of the members.
