High Elder Bhisma Na’kala Flamebrow

Bhisma is the highest ranking dragonborn in all of Khorvaire. As the leader of the Flamebrow Clan, he has striven to maintain a good relationship with King Sebastes ir'Kesslan of New Galifar, whom he considers a friend.
The High Elder leads his people from the halls of Ka’rhashan, the largest dragonborn city on the continent. He regularly entertains the other clans and meets with softskin dignitaries from Hope, New Galifar, and the Dragonmarked Houses. He has a tense relationship with House Tharashk, who insists on mining dragonshards from the jungles near Whitecliff despite the High Elder's objections.
