Shandin "Sunshine," a member of the scouting and survey team, returned with news of a ghost town about a days ride west. One of the other scouts had convinced him and another to follow him out there in a search for treasure. They were best by ghosts and a monstrous creature that rose up out of the ground.
After Sushine showed the wound that he had sustained in the attack he was escorted to Alara the local vet. She confirmed that the bites were caused by ants and a lot of them.

Notes

The party decided to rest up for the night and set out first thing in the morning to investigate the ghost town Prosperity.
