The Dunamic Republic joins the Federation of Affiliated Planets

The Dunamic Republic makes first contact with a species from outside the boundaries of Echospace. This starts a two-year journey of diplomatic talks between the republic and the Federation of Affiliated Systems, eventually leading to the Republic joining the Federation.
