Dinrazrez Fjords

The Dinrazrez Fjords are a collection of fjords running along the north and northwestern edges of the Zapaykra Mountains. The region is on the whole rather empty of civilized peoples, with those that do exist being relatively sparse or subsisting on a meager form of living. 

Geography

The fjords vary in size and shape, but all have a similar defining feature of steeps valleys, some of which have rivers cutting through them. Many of these fjords are to be found where Zapaykra Range borders the ocean, though a select few fjords can be found further south on both the ranges western face. 

In the fjords high up in the mountains, the water remains frozen over. This means those fjords grow even deeper and wider in size.

Localized Phenomena

During the longer summer season, a small seasonal melt occurs.This brings nutrients deposited throughout the year higher up the range down to the ocean, contributing to the strong numbers of fish to be found around the fjords.
