Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
During times of unstable leadership, it is possible to oust a High Elder from the Chaldain - though this has never been enacted so far. When doing so, the next oldest member of the circle should present the current High Elder with a challenge of the world ancestors. A ritual is then hold to call upon the forces of nature from which druids derive much of their magic. Those forces of nature then are asked as to who is most fit to lead the circle.
