Chaldainra

The settlement, if one might call it that, of Chaldainra is located in northwestern Kasetia, and is the home of the Chaldain Druids. The entire settlement of Chaldainra is built into an ancient World Tree, one of two left throughout Kasetia.

Demographics

Elves make the majority, with humans. halflings and half-elves following. Dwarves are relatively rare. A large mixture of other races make up the remainder.

Government

The settlement is run as a formal sort of commune, where each member provides some form of benefit to the system on the whole.

Defences

The forest itself acts as a natural barrier between the settlement and the wider world.

Industry & Trade

Chaldainra cares little for hard currency, and the inhabitants rarely use any or wish for more.

Infrastructure

A complex network of underground passages leading into Chaldainra were built by the inhabitants of Chaldain. No overland roads into Chaldainra exist, though it's possible to move there through the forests.
