Guildmaster Alfield Skybreaker
The Guildmaster of The Scattered Petals, a Teal Winged-Tiefling, with stark White Hair and Blue Eyes, typically wearing simple clothes with his glasses, although when he gets serious he's known to wield a Halberd into battle.
He gives off the air of a jovial but elderly father, well-meaning and full of drive, but worn out from an earlier energetic life.
This isn't undeserved either, he was born abandoned, only having his adoptive sister as company, and grew up to be a powerful adventurer, only to take immense damage in his grandest adventure yet. But, all said, he appears entirely content being the Guildmaster of The Scattered Petals, facilitating the growth of new adventurers.

Personal history
Alfield was born and abandoned on the side of the mountain of Agartha, to parents he never even had a chance to know. Thankfully, the equally orphaned Aasimar, Elaine, was able to find him, and take him to the priestess who had been helping her out.
Being raised under their guardian, Elaine and Alfield took to hunting the creatures on the mountain for food and money, finding that for Elaine's immense strength, Alfield was almost as strong, and a great shot with the bow as well.
As Alfield saw the rise of Mercenary Guilds, especially within the Mountain of [Agartha , he became enamored with adventuring life. Elaine typically shot these down, but couldn't keep it away from him forever.
One day, when a friend of theirs, Hildima Morthwyl, a Half-Orc Cleric of Safir, Sapphire Mother Dragon , came to them pleading with assistance for a mission, Alfield jumped at the chance to properly adventure, and Elaine couldn't leave them alone in good conscious, especially since their guardian had recently passed away.
Alfield was merely 10 years old at this time, but was still strong, and quickly took to adventuring. Elaine, being 18, took just as easily to being the leader of the group, with more knowledge and strength than the impulsive Alfield and timid Hildima.
It was on a mission to clear Undead Manticores from a forest in Hippolyta that they found the fourth member of their party, the young Dragonborn Etum. A Shaman of her local Village, it had been her that put out the original request, and joined the party in their fighting.
With Elaine taking a frontline attacking role, Alfield switching from close and long range with constant damage, Hildima supporting the party, and Etum providing Magical cover, the four of them proved to be a well-oiled machine, and continued adventuring as normal, until 7 years later.
It was actually on the eve of Alfields 18th Birthday that it all occured. A long thought dead Wizard, Shadescale, had returned from the grave, and was gunning to take control of Hippolyta.
The four of them lead an army of Hippolytan soldiers into the battle, and fought through Shadescales erected tower.
It was a brutal battle, but the four of them made it to fight the wizard himself.
However, as the tide of battle looked to be turning, the Wizard trapped Hildima in a soul-locking array of spells, and nearly rended Etum in half.
With her remaining power, Elaine overcharged her Celestial Aura to her three party members, and launched a final assault at Shadescale. However, this would not prove to be enough, as she was hit by an emergency array of Disintegration Spells, before she could kill him.
Alfield, in a surge of strength due to vengeance, sadness, and Elaine's cleansing light, was able to fight past the last of Shadescales defenses, and kill him for good.
After this battle, the three surviving members went into retirement as they healed their minds and bodies, but eventually came back to create their guild, which is their current duty to this day.
Education
Alfield learned necessary knowledge, but mostly has talents in hunting and fighting. Although he forced himself to learn things like accounting and business skills for the Guild.
