The vitriolic and wild Empress of Eastern Kaguya, Ha-Ouka Hanabira is the blazing fire needed to ignite the flame of innovation in Kaguya. Ruling over the half of the country that was dedicated to connection with the outside world, she's a modern and free spirit, who makes sure to do her duties as Empress before setting off to spend her days leisurely, interacting with her public, either through casual conversation, meals at the various restaurants or pubs, or straight up brawls with anyone she deems strong-looking enough for her.

Personal history

Born on the final days of The Kaguyan Civil War, Ha-Ouka was seen as a sign of peace to come for the nation. Sadly, that peace was not as a unified whole, but as two disparate yet similar sides, seemingly fated to simmer and wait for another conflict. Her parents had given their lives on the last day, and she was taken in by their closest aides once the Division Treaty was signed, and raised to be the next Empress when she came to be 16 years of age. For the first years of her life, she learned and lived as a normal, if not well off, girl, before learning of the significance of her birth. When she was 8 years old, she was sent to a prestigious Monostary, that taught members of high society not only martial prowess to grow their bodies, but high level academics and social sciences to prepare them for political life, no matter if they were from the East or West. It was while she was learning here that she met Empress Aka Juhi [樹皮 赤 皇后], who would later become her co-ruler. Rising to the throne, she had to deal with many issues, including assassins, but with her strength and technique, she fought against them easily. In her later years, she has grown more wild and unprofessional, although more personable with her subjects.
