Avis is the second largest city in Gylanese. Located on the northern border between Gylanese and Gloif. Now, after several years in the current times, it has only just started to rebuild its economy which took a massive blow right after returning since no trade agreements existed between Gylanese and any other nation due to the former's long absence.
