Fashari

Fashari is among the few cities open to outsiders in Otakai and the only one that does not lie on the Northern Trade Route. Instead it is located in the Surabi Gulf in the far south of Otakai. Of all the cities in this nation, Fashari is said to be the most welcoming but, in this nation, the bar is not high.
