Unlike so many of the elven cities in Kasinthenel (most of which are rarely seen by outsiders), this city is neither in the forest nor built in the treetops. Rather, is is built of crafted stone by ancient magic just within the borders of Kasinthenel at the intersection of all three elder nations, Kasinthenel, Morenth, and Strokec. It is often used as a diplomatic site for talks between the three.
