The Tavern's Tale

The Hungry Vulture is owned by a widowed Dragonborn man, Athtun Tazkrakas, and his daughter, Nopuul. Before owning the tavern, he traveled the countryside as a merchant's guard with his wife. The inspiration for the tavern's name was an inside joke. It is a tavern of comfortable quality, and its main draw is the surprisingly good quality of the food.

The Bartender

The bartender at The Hungry Vulture is Mitram, an older female loxodon who is powerfully ugly. She is often astonishingly soft-spoken in disposition. Her skin is dark, and she has dark brown hair, kept in a clean, short style. Physically, she is athletic.

The Clientele

On a typical night, the clientele at The Hungry Vulture can be described as awfully secretive. There are over a dozen other people in the tavern normally. Some of the patrons are playing a game of dice, others are playing a card game, and a couple others are listening to a singer. Sitting at a secluded table, there is a jittery looking Valondish guard. They just like to be left alone to their drink.
