Citadel of Time

The Citadel of Time is a city primarily inhabited by Dragonborn on a seperate plane that lies in parallel with M'Erenal. Planar gates connect the two cities allowing for easy transport. The Citadel of Time is the chosen city of Dust, God of Time and has been built following the divine insight he bestowed upon the rebel Dragonborn. It is the home of the Order of Time.
