Eloyt Aldavel

The founder of the Aldavel Protectorate. His strong leadership, military might, desire for power led him to create the Protectorate.
He was raised in a mercenary band that was hired to quell revolts and help stabilize smaller city-states in Solisea. The mercenary band known as the wolves, dated back to the later years of the 2nd epoch but as the empires fell apart and the seas grew unusable the wolves grew hungry. They had to work to put down small revolts here and there. Extending the inevitable fall of small kings and leaders. As Eloyt rose through the ranks of the band and gain respect, he began to detest the work they were doing. He saw the chaos of the fall of the empires growing and warlords or worse seizing power.
Eloyt seized his chance in Zheles. The Wolves were hired to quell the rebellion of the local citizens. When the Wolves arrived the reason for rebellion became apparent, with local citizens starving and the king living in luxury. Eloyt took control of the Wolves, the rebellion and then Zheles. That was the founding of the Aldavel Protectorate. From there he moved to the surrounding towns and offered them his protection for their fealty. In the early days joining was voluntary, as time went on less so. He ran the protectorate with military precision, everyone had what they needed to survive, a job to do and a rank. Before his death, he had control of everything north of Black Bay.
