SeaHaven

SeaHaven is the royal city of Solisea. Built by Fredrick Aldavel the 17th king of Solisea. SeaHaven was originally just a royal vacation spot on an island in the Cobriat Gulf. When Fredrick decided to build the city the island came quickly to his mind. The island is close to the shore, a short boat ride, and naturally suited for the construction of a port and areas safe from the waves and weather of the sea. A bridge was built across to the island to allow more rapid travel and shipments and trade was incentivized to operate through SeaHaven. It was elaborately constructed with a plan to show off the beauty and wealth of Solisea. When the City was completed the celebration of its completion lasted over a year. The kings from the other independent kingdoms we invited to visit and welcomed with lavish excess. As the years passed and SeaHaven became more and more established as a real city, not simply an example of wealth, it became the vacation home for the royalty and nobility of Mitari. It was especially popular with the merchant families of Thrician Trade Company and thus became the place for trade agreements and the movement of luxury goods. The royalty of Solisea operated out of SeaHaven until 1419 when Luther Aldavel started to fall ill to the same mysterious disease that took his father. The Solisea Arcane Collective and the Black Duke decided to have SeaHaven and what was left of the royal family frozen in time.
