Tharos
The Lost Continent
Tharos is a desert continent with many mountainous regions. Stone spires litter the landscape and it is home to drakes and other various desert dwellers. South of Desolation Gate is a region that is controlled by a Formian Hive. Tharos was removed from the rest of Eglorix by Que’h Lain, The Torturer for hundreds of years. and only returned in the year 1416 at the end of the 3rd Epoch.
Al'Duhn is the largest and most populated City on the Continent.
Geography
Tharos's is primarily covered in sandy deserts and mountains. The eastern shoreline is very mountainous and not suitable for any form of harbor or town. In the center of the Tharos is the spire and oasis on which Al'Duhn was built. The northern central shoreline has the ruins of a forgotten city that was once a port and the southeastern has the Plain of Tavos, and Lost Port of Rhea.
Ecosystem
Tharos is in a state of change. Where it has been desert and mountains for all of the 3rd Epoch starved of water and in a perpetual summer, it has returned. Plantlife has begun to reemerge and rains are becoming more frequent. It is hard to know what the future will hold for the changing continent.
Currency
Thea similar to gold but made of cheap metal and alloys due to the lack of available metals Theran is the primary language. Home of two primary races Ursan -Large bear humanoid Brock -Medium Badger humanoid Ursan & Brocks live harmoniously
