Grear's Axe

Grear's Axe is a small tribe of human barbarians formed in the Felllands of Jeltir in the EL 1050s. They formed from a group of fighters who committed themselves to the trial of living in one of the most inhospitable environments in Talazic, and for several generations were solitary, simply surviving in the wastes and having little to no contact with outsiders. This changed in the late 1100s, when several members formed a splinter group they called Cracked Talon and departed from the Felllands. This followed a visit by elvish scholars who came to observe the tribe for a few days.
