Hezek the Sixteen-fingered

Hezek the Sixteen-fingered is a Jeltiri minstrel. Son of Zachár Flame-tongue and the genasi Naria, Hezek is human with minor elemental characteristics. He was born on the elemental plane of water but brought to the material plane soon after due to trouble breathing, and raised mostly in Idashu by his uncle and aunt, Amiol and Kata, alongside his brother, Luro Flódweg, and their seven cousins.
