Mountain of Ultimate Winter

The Mountain of Ultimate Winter is a mountain in the Frostfell and the coldest place in the multiverse. All living things freeze solid in less than a minute, even thoughts form tiny crystals, and it is avoided even by creatures extremely resistant to cold.
For a very long stretch of time, likely most of the Eras of Cloud and Light, the mountain was the hiding place of the Eternal Flame of Kishike, which facilitated a very special environment on the mountain slopes, making it more survivable and allowing at least tentative alliances to form between innately evil creatures such as frost giants and white dragons. The Flame was removed by the Light Brigade during the Eventide, and it is assumed that immediately thereafter the mountain returned to its natural frigid state.
