Orlea Ramsay
Orlea Ramsay was a Jeltiri historian and writer. Born to the wealthy Skellerton family in Briva in EL 738, she began writing at the age of 16 and gained fame just a few years later when a famous bard put a few of her poems to music. She lived in many different cities in her life, all in Jeltir except for a few years spent in Xam and Sim Rina respectively, and is known for her essays, poems, and plays which describe and are inspired by Hemejdd. She was a celebrated member of Whiteshore, and married Guildmaster Taman Ramsay in 763. Known only to those in her private life, she was an extreme critic of the king at the time, Brigo Pasona, something she became more open about in her published works a few years after his assassination. She suffered a serious stroke at the age of 62 and died two days later.
