The Upperlight

The Upperlight is a planned community in the Weaver's Hills of Jeltir, designed as a safe haven and rehabilitation center on the surface for drow and other humanoids of the Underdark. The project was conceived and spearheaded by Lord Wivvyrholdalphiax Adrex in the wake of the Eventide.
