Tove the Depraved

Tove the Depraved was a Jeltiri cleric of Lomé, first identified as a serial grave robber in Panice circa 1014, and in the following few years revealed to be a fanatic of evil intent, bent upon a long-term calendar of sacrifices which she believed would earn her great power. She was apprehended in 1019 by First, who found and investigated her hideout and appropriated one of her most powerful magic items, a ceremonial dagger, but was unable to catch her. Tove vowed to retrieve the dagger and punish First for taking it, and began specifically targeting Kishikean temple-goers. She was at last caught and killed by First in 1021.
