Lord Reginald Wellington III

Reginald is part of the Wellington family of Sun's Rest. They are the 2nd family of the domain, and it seems like Reginald is due to inherit the family land when the time comes.
Reginald was recently kidnapped at the behest of Kylie Jameson, a member of Sun's Rest's 3rd family. This may have had something to do with the sword Galatine, which the party recently recovered from bandits.
