Maida, The Enchanter
High Professor of Enchantment
Maida is the High Professor of Enchantment at the University of Magic. Her specialities involve charming others, including people and animals.
There have been some questions regarding Maida's rise to High Professor in the past, mainly suggesting that she literally charmed her way to the top. Any such doubts have been thrown aside by the other High Professors however, who say that even if the accusations were true, then the master enchanter would still deserve her place for being able to convince so many people of her legitimacy.
Maida's natural charms have brought her much attention from suitors across the city, but she has never shown much interest in engaging in a long-term relationship with anyone. In fact, she is seen to be somewhat of a recluse, and often misses her own lectures.
