Rosie was the proprietor of the Water Dragon Tavern in Kureta City. Upon the discovery of her true nature - a Silver Dragon named 'Snowfall' - Rosie has now fled the capital, selling her tavern to Eva Monroe.
Rosie enjoys learning about different cultures and races, especially the more exotic ones. During her time as a tavern owner, she would often interject herself into conversations with patrons that she took a liking to.
