The Water Dragon Tavern is an exceptionally clean establishment, serving a range of fine beers, wines and spirits. They have a handful of rooms available for paying customers.

The tavern is now owned by Silvy Goldbrew, a Human woman who most believe to not be a dragon.

The Water Dragon Tavern is run by a Human woman called Rosie Miz.
Rosie doesn’t seem to do much work herself, instead spending most of the day talking to her patrons. She is particularly interested in out-of-towners, and people of unusual races.
Rosie was revealed to be a grand silver dragon when the city came under attack from Black Oozes. After the battle, Rosie fled the capital, never to be seen again.
